At Dimension Lash we’re always committed to helping you look and feel your personal best. Our professional lash artists value your comfort and satisfaction most! No uncomfortable tables or lash beds here. All of our lash sessions are completed on plush leather recliners that offer heat and massage! With a short consultation, all lash sessions are customized to your specific needs and wants so we can achieve the desired results, TAKING YOUR LOOK TO A NEW DIMENSION! Dimension Lash is by appointment only, if you need an appointment outside of our normal business hours please call to schedule at 651-247-8032. Arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 30 minutes late or later, you will have to reschedule. Do not use any face moisturizers the night before or the day of your lash appointment. Do not wear make up or contact lenses to your lash appointment. Dimension Lash does not offer refunds. If you have any concerns about your lashes contact us within 48 hours of your lash appointment. Cancellation Policy
To cancel please call Dimension Lash at 651-247-8032
I deposited $25 is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable, but can be applied to future appointments if rescheduled within the 48 hour term.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of your deposit and 50% of your scheduled appointment total.
We understand that emergencies happen if you experience an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case by case basis, thank you for choosing our services and for your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process.
